We ship across India via trusted courier partners. Orders are typically delivered within 3 to 7 days depending on your pin code and location. If you have not received your order within 10 days, please contact us so we can escalate it with our courier partner.

An order can be cancelled within 2 hours of being placed by contacting us via email, phone, or WhatsApp. After the 2-hour window the order is processed and cannot be cancelled or modified, and orders once dispatched are non-cancellable.

Returns are accepted only if a product arrives defective or is missing on arrival. To be eligible, you must share a single, unedited, uncut video of the outer packaging from all sides and the full unboxing, submitted on the same day of delivery. See our Terms & Conditions for full details.
